LOOK | In celebration of World Environment Day, observed in April 2024, PWC Community Extension Services, together with the Office of PWC Gender and Development (GAD) and Tertiary Education Faculty and Staff, partnered with CENRO XI to conduct a tree-planting activity at the Summer Resort Reservation Area of CENRO XI in Barangay Eden, Toril, Davao City, on April 18, 2024. The event, themed ‘Accelerating Land Restoration, Drought Resilience & Desertification Progress,’ saw three hundred Narra trees being planted.

Prof. Vicente Antonio V. Pijano III, PWC Chancellor and COO, has been at the forefront of discussions on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, recently speaking at two key events.
Chancellor Pijano was the keynote speaker at the AI Summit 2024, organized by the Royal Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, USAID-UPSKILL Project, PEAC, Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU). This summit brought together experts here and abroad to explore the multifaceted impact of AI on education, the workplace, and society as a whole.
