PWC to hold open house event for incoming senior high
PWC of Davao is set to have its annual open house for Senior High School on February 23, 2019 at 1:00-5:00 PM. The open-to-all event will include an orientation session on the Senior High School program and PWC’s academic and institutional culture, fun presentations, and a tour of the campus.
Invitations have been sent to both public and private high schools in the city, maximizing students’ opportunity to learn about the affordable quality education that PWC Senior High School offers.
The department hopes to exceed last year’s count of approximately 400 attendees thus the efforts to boost information dissemination through online promotion aside from sending invites to prospect schools.
Expected attendees are students from Talomo National High School, Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School, Maa National High School, Davao City National High School, Mabini National High School, Sta. Ana High School, and Holy Cross of Mintal, among others. Though the invited schools are asked to confirm the number of attendees beforehand, PWC is also prepared to accommodate interested individuals from any school.
PWC’s academic tracks and strands include Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM), Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Humanities, Social Sciences, and Arts and Design (HUMSS), and Technical and Vocational Tracks—all ladderized towards respective bachelor’s degrees offered at PWC. The Kalagan Building under construction to accommodate the growing population is in fact projected to be operational by June this year.
