The Food Technology program of the Philippine Women’s College of Davao, spearheaded by insert dean name here, conducted a seminar at the Tertiary Education (TED) Library last October 13, 2017.
The seminar entitled “Food Defense Against Intentional Contamination” was attended by both college and senior high school students. Attending from the college were students from the Hotel and Restaurant Management and as well as Food Technology programs. From the Senior High School, students taking up the Food and Beverage were in attendance too.
The mini-forum, which ran from 2PM to 4PM was hosted by Melvin Pasaporte, MM. The event was facilitated in partnership with the Philippine Women’s College of Davao, the FPIC and the Department of Science and Technology.
