Emi Englis has officially assumed as 3rd President of the Davao Fashion and Design Council

Fashion Designer Emi Englis, currently PWC Head of the Center for Innovation and Social Ventures (CISV), was formally installed as the 3rd President of the Davao Fashion and Design Council during the Davao Weaving Congress.
Englis has officially assumed the presidency of DFDC – Davao Fashion Design Council, succeeding Dodjie Batu. The historic oath-taking ceremony during the Davao Region Weaving Congress at the Royal Mandaya Hotel marked a significant moment for the fashion community. DFDCFI remains dedicated to cultural and heritage promotion, introducing the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Fashion RISE Program to advance sustainable and inclusive design practices. The event, a highlight of the Philippine Creative Industries Month, saw the presence of influential figures, underlining a promising future for Davao’s fashion landscape.
