In response to the growing population of the PWC SHS community, the school is set to construct a new building that will accommodate more students in a setting conducive for learning.

The momentous groundbreaking ceremony on August 16, 2018 with the blessing of Fr. Retche Gamaya was graced by president Conrado Benitez II, chancellor Dr. Ida Yap Patron along with members of the administration, faculty, and staff. The four-storey Kalagan school building will rise in what was formerly the school food court and gym.

Known to have successfully piloted senior high school in Davao City, PWC ensures continuous development. Improving facilities is among the initiatives to further cater the needs of the PWC SHS program as it continues to prepare students for their career path.

PWC SHS academic tracks and strands include ABM (Accountancy, Business, Management), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), and HUMSS (Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts and Design). These are alongside technical and vocational tracks with national competencies qualification (NCII), all ladderized towards the institution’s existing bachelor’s degrees.

The PWC SHS building is projected to be completed by early 2019 and will be in use for the coming academic year.
