PWC personnel take part in Brigada Eskwela 2019

TED faculty and members of the Non-Teaching Personnel Club participated in PWC’s annual Brigada Eskwela held last May 24 and 30, 2019.

On its third year of doing the Brigada, PWC had the opportunity to visit 3 out of 8 partner schools: Matina Central Elementary School, Mabini National High School, and Talomo Elementary School.

A total of 11 volunteers led by NTP Club president Albert Cruz and TED Community Extension Services coordinator Anita Jabla rendered service to the partner schools. Painting implements and school supplies donations specifically requested by the beneficiaries were also handed over.

Ms. Jabla saw volunteerism as fun as it was fulfilling since it opened doors for new experiences. The Office of the Community Extension Services shall continue to extend such opportunity for service to its personnel, molding them in accordance with PWC’s commitment to social responsibility.
