Basic Education Online Enrollment Procedure

Step 1: GO TO PWC WEBSITE OR OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE.

The student/parent/official guardian shall visit PWC’s website( https://pwc.edu.ph) or PWC’s official Facebook page(https://fb.com/pwcdvo) for the LINK to access the Online Registration Form.

STEP 2: CLICK ON THE ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK.

This will open the Online Registration Form. Please note that your Gmail account and contact number will be required.

  • PS to GR 10 ONLINE REGISTRATION link for Pre-School to Grade 10,
  • SHS ONLINE REGISTRATION link for SHS Grade 11-12

STEP 3: ACCOMPLISH THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

For students WITH NO school obligations (CLEARED)

  • Fill in the necessary information.
  • Attach the required documents.
  • Click SUBMIT.

STEP 3: ACCOMPLISH THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

For students WITH school obligations (OUTSTANDING BALANCE)

  • Inquire for balance online.
  • Fill in the necessary information.
  • Fill in the online promissory note.
  • Attach the required documents.
  • Click SUBMIT.

STEP 4: WAIT FOR A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT.

The Admission Office will send a confirmation message via text message and/or email to proceed to payment of school fees together with the instructions for online payment.

STEP 5: PAY THE REQUIRED FEES TO BE OFFICIALLY ENROLLED.

STEP 6: RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FOR SUCCESSFUL ENROLLMENT AND STUDENT ASSESSMENT.

The Registrar’s Office will inform the student/parent/official guardian via text message and/or email of a successful enrollment for SY 2020-2021 along with the Student’s Assessment.

  • View offered subjects for the first semester.
  • Click SUBMIT.

For students WITH school obligations (OUTSTANDING BALANCE)

  • Fill in the online promissory note.
  • View offered subjects for the first semester.
  • Click SUBMIT.

  • Attach the required documents .
  • Click SUBMIT.

The Admissions Office will confirm your successful registration through EMAIL and give instructions to proceed to payment. Here are the available payment methods below

AFTER- PAYMENT REMINDER:

Email proof of payment (deposit/transaction slip, screenshots etc.) to pwccashier@pwc.edu.ph and indicate NAME, GRADE/YEAR LEVEL, and PURPOSE OF PAYMENT (Enrollment Downpayment).
